Shipping policy

We partner with large Courier Companies, offering country-wide delivery, at a cost of R99.00 per delivery for all orders less than R550.00 

We offer free delivery for all orders more than R550.00

Orders are dispatched daily from Monday – Friday, all orders will be dispatched within one business day. You will receive the tracking information from us as soon as your order has been processed for courier collection.

Delivery times are based on "Economy Services": Gauteng = next day; All other provinces will take 2 - 4 days.

Over the December holiday period, we cannot guarantee delivery times. All orders received after the 20th of December will be allocated for courier collection in January. 

Should our courier not be able to deliver your parcel, we will notify you. Failed orders due to the customer's unavailability, will be refunded, less a 15% handling fee.
