Refund policy
Refunds:
Customers must notify Racegear via email within 7 days after the order delivery date to report any dissatisfaction and the reason thereof.
Items need to be in their original condition including packaging and tags.
Once we received your email notification we will confirm the delivery address details. Customers can return the item via courier (door to door) delivery (We will provide delivery address) or via Pargo (Pargo Service is available from Clicks, Woolworths and various other counters)  Pargo parcels can be delivered to Clicks Boskruin Centre. Please note: Courier / Pargo Cost is for customers account.
All returns are subject to inspection and refund approval, and where applicable, a 10-15% handling fee will apply on all returns.
A refund will be processed within 5 working days after the items have been inspected and your refund has been approved.
